Privacy and inquiries
Athlete sites are public. Family intake answers and recruiting inquiries are handled separately from the public profile.
Athlete information
A family may submit an athlete's details, film links, statistics, photos, events, and contact preferences through our intake form. We review that information and publish only the content approved for the athlete's site. A parent or guardian chooses the public recruiting contact route. The private intake remains in our working records.
Recruiting inquiries
If you send an inquiry from Ty Holmstead's site, we collect the name, email, organization, role, sport, and message you enter. The submission is recorded in a private Google Sheet and emailed to Ty's family and Not a Walk On so they can review and respond. Do not include sensitive personal information in your message.
Service providers and links
We use Google Forms, Sheets, and email to manage submissions and inquiries. Athlete sites may link to outside film, statistics, and social platforms. Those services have their own privacy practices when you visit them.
Questions or corrections
For a question about information we hold, or to request a correction or removal, email notawalkon@gmail.com. We do not use optional survey contact emails for marketing without separate permission.
